Captaris Document Technologies reveals how diverse the use of document technologies in companies can be at the DMS Expo 2008 from September 9 to 11. Whether for incoming mail or invoice processing, general document or special form processing, whether integrated into SAP or linked to Microsoft SharePoint: the solution portfolio covers all customer needs, regardless of document size.

Captaris Document Technologies showcases its document technology solutions that tightly integrate with SAP and Microsoft SharePoint. The Document CENTER for SAP solution is a prime example of how fully integrated the various solutions can be in SAP. The system is used for automatic document classification in SAP, fully and semi-automatic data extraction, and the linking of documents with business objects.

Document processing is directly linked to Microsoft SharePoint by the SharePoint Connector developed by Captaris Document Technologies. In this way, documents can be exported to various Microsoft SharePoint libraries and workflows and the InfoPath forms can be automatically completed with data. Single Click Entry, the semi-automated data capture tool, also features SAP and SharePoint interfaces.

The DOKuStar Capture Suite (DCS) was specially developed for companies' input management tasks. It can classify documents and extract data regardless of document size, document and workflow structure, and whether the documents are processed centrally or locally. This will be the first time that Captaris Inc. is presenting itself and its products Captaris RightFax and Captaris Workflow at the DMS Expo. Its document capture (fax, scan) and document circulation solutions will nicely round out the product offers of Captaris Document Technologies.
