Course: BUSY administration

Target group: administrators for data recording systems

Prerequisites:
• Windows NT administrator course
• Course for operation of BUSY data recording system
• Basic EDP knowledge

Learning goals: the participant can
• install BUSY client
• set up and adapt a BUSY hardware and download
software configuration
• set up a scan PC
• set up a correction station
• produce simple wakeup command lists
• produce a live BUSY workflow with the scan PC; BUSY server
and his test PC.
• produce BUSY log files and allocate them to BUSY functions
based on their extension.

Course contents:
• BUSY client installation using WibuKey and RecoStar-SW installation.
• BUSY hardware and SW configuration
• Setup of a scan PC with ImagePort adapter
• Setup of a correction station
• Automisation of BUSY functions with Wakeup
• Burdened run with scan PC; BUSY server and correction station
• Tracing of BUSY functions

Note:
The course dates indicated refer to courses with the following system configuration: NT server with work stations (pentium) and BUSY.

Duration of course: 1 day

Course fee: 420 Euro + value-added tax per participant

Minimum number of participants: 4 persons
