Course: Operation of the BUSY data processing system

Target group:
BUSY users, BUSY correction staff, BUSY administrators and IAG users (interactive application generator)

Prerequisites:
• Basic EDP knowledge
• Windows NT knowledge

Learning goals: the participant
• Knows the BUSY workflow and the BUSY vocabulary
• can start BUSY from Desktop
• can select application, start and close
• can import TIFF images or scan documents
• can operate a scanner and produce image files
• can start the recognition
• can operate the correction program and correct data
• can start data record processing
• can transfer data

Course contents:
• Overview of BUSY workflow and file structure
• BUSY operation
• Scanning and importing of receipts
• Recognition of receipt data
• Correction of receipt data
• Processing and transfer of receipt data

Note:
The dates indicated refer to courses with the following system configuration: NT server with working stations (Pentium) and BUSY:

Duration of course: 1 day

Course fee: 420 Euro + value-added tax per participant
