Target group :
Windows administrators or the technically responsible of the partner or end user

Prerequisites:
Good knowledge in the administration and operation of Windows 2000/ 2003/ XP (Prof. and server).

Participation in the course „Invoice CENTER for SAP™ - Installation Basis“.

For the optional course part "Handling of the Validation Workstation" approx. 50 typical original invoices should be already scanned and recognized. It is recommended that the participants of the course „Invoice CENTER for SAP™ - Admin SAP“ are also in attendance.

Course content (Basis):

Overview of the complete system (SAP- and Windows components of Invoice CENTER)
Explanation of the system components and their association to one another
Administration of the WIN components (Extraction-Server and Validation workstation)
Troubleshooting
Short briefing on the handling of the validation workstation (not applicable if trained optionally)

Optional course content (Handling of Validation Workstation):

Handling of the validation workstation (the actual users should be trained by the administrators)

Optional Course content (Option Invoice Cycle):

Administration of the Web-Server
Troubleshooting

Optional course content (Option DOKuStar ART):

Handling and administration of the option ART
Handling of the ART Training Studio
Troubleshooting

Duration:
4 hours (Basis only)

Course location:
On location on the customer's development system which was installed in the course part "Invoice CENTER for SAP™ - Installation"
The following requirements should be made available in the training classroom:
PC with beamer and installed MS-Office package (Powerpoint) + Acrobat Reader for the course instructor. All PCs (course instructor + participants) should have access to the SAP system with the SAP-GUI and graphical access (e.g. terminal services) to the recognition server. Furthermore, the validation software should be installed and ready for use.

With the training course for Option ART, the Training Studio and Data Administration Tool should also be already installed on a PC, ready for use.
