Invoice CENTER for SAP®
Target group :
SAP accountants and users of the partner or end user
Prerequisites:
Good knowledge in handling of SAP and booking of invoices.
For each participant in this course approx. 20 typical (FI- and MM-) original invoices should be ready for completion and the corresponding orders and master data for these invoices should exist in SAP.
Course content (Basis):
- Overview of the complete system (SAP- und Windows components of Invoice CENTER)
- Handling of the IC-mask
- Handling of the Invoice Monitor
Optional course content (Validation):
- Handling of the Validation workstation
Optional course content (Option Invoice Cycle):
- Handling of the Option Invoice Cycle
- Handling of the Invoice Cycle Monitor
Note:
This course limits itself to the pure handling and basic customizing of the SAP components of Invoice CENTER. Further questions on invoice booking in SAP or SAP in general, e.g. enhancements, user exits etc. are part of the follow up course „Invoice CENTER for SAP™ - Workshop SAP“
It is urgently recommended that the participants of the course " Invoice CENTER for SAP™ - Admin SAP" also participate in this course.
Duration:
4 hours (Basis only, without Validation)
+ 1 hour additional for the Validation
+ 2 hours additional for Option Invoice Cycle

Course location:
On location on the customer's system that was used for the „Open Text Capture Invoice Center 4S™ - Admin SAP“ course.
The following requirements should be made available in the training classroom:
PC with beamer and installed MS-Office package (Powerpoint) + Acrobat Reader for the course instructor. All PCs (course instructor + participant) should have access to the SAP system with the SAP-GUI.
For the optional course part “Validation” the validation software should be previously installed on all workstations.
For the training course “Option Invoice Cycle” an ready to use Internet Explorer for the web enquiries and a mail client should be available on all workstations. User ID in the domain with the associated mail address must be available for all participants.Max. number of participants: 5
