With the premium-product Open Text Capture Document Reader (DOKuStar) you can import incoming documents into your Sharepoint system. DOKuStar Professional includes all technologies required for document analysis. The documents are automatically classified and sorted into appropriate libraries, lists and workflows depending on the type of document. List attributes or InfoPath-Forms are automatically filled with data aquired by the Document Readerl via OCR and intelligent document analysis technology.

Should further processing require additional information to be extracted from the document Open Text Desktop Capture (Single Click Entry) - the semi-automatic data acquisition solution by Open Text Document Technologies- reduces this task to just that, a "single click".

Open Text Capture Document Reader (DOKuStar) is attached to SharePoint via a cConnector. Open Text Desktop Capture automatically detects forms in SharePoint and adapts to the given configuration. Fine tuning and optimization can be cuztomized by the user.
