With the premium-product DOKuStar Professional you can import incoming Documents into your Sharepoint System. DOKuStar Professional includes all the technologies required for document interpretation. The documents are automatically classified and sorted into appropriate libraries, lists and workflows depending on the type of document. List attributes or InfoPath-Forms are automatically filled with data aquired by DOKuStar Professional via OCR and intelligent document analysis technology.

Should further processing require additional information to be extracted from the document Single Click Entry - the semi-automatic data acquisition solution by Open Text Document Technologies- reduces this task to just that, a "single click".

DOKuStar Professional is attached to SharePoint via a Connector. Single Click Entry automatically detects forms in SharePoint and adapts to the given configuration. Fine tuning and optimization can be cuztomized by the user.
