Target group: Product technicians

Prerequisites:
Basic EDP / PC knowledge
Maintenance experience on EDP equipment

Learning goals: The participant
• is familiar with the functioning of the ScanStar colour scanner,
• is familiar with the functioning of the Analysis Test
and Service tools (ADS),
• can eliminate electronic errors by means of exchange
• can eliminate mechanical defects by exchanging or
adjusting components

Course content:
• Setup and start operation of the ScanStar colour scanner
• Function of the colour scanner including all options
• Equipment-internal data flow and interfaces
• Installation and use of Analysis Test and Service Tools (ADS)
• Interpretation and elimination of mechanical and electronic equipment
errors including final function tests
• Handling of equipment documents
• Carrying out of adjustments
• Error search
• Equipment cleaning and maintenance

Duration of course: 4 days

Cost: 420 Euro + value-added tax per participant and day

Minimum number of participants: 4 persons

Note: Please note that prerequisite course for system maintenance is the course ImagePort for ScanStar.
