Target group: product technicians

Prerequisites:
• Basic EDP / PC knowledge
• Maintenance experience with EDP equipment

Learning goals: the participant
• is familiar with the functions of the document reader TransStar
• is familiar with the functions of the Analysis Test and Service
Tools (ADS)
• can eliminate electronic failures by means of exchange
• can eliminate mechanical failures by means of exchange or
adjustment of components

Course content:
• Setup and start of operation of the document reader TransStar
• Function of the colour scanner including all options
• Equipment-internal data flow and interfaces
• Installation and use of the Analysis Test and Service Tools (ADS)
• Interpretation and elimination of mechanical and electronic
errors with final function tests
• Handling of equipment documentation
• Performance of adjustments
• Error analysis
• Equipment cleaning and maintenance

Duration of course: 4 days

Course Fee: 420 Euro + value-added tax per participant and day

Minimum number of participants: 4 persons
