• Analysis:
  A status quo analysis is prerequisite to an optimal solution: Document processing and handling and the IT structure of the customer must be analyzed. Our consultants analyze the current document handling process and discuss the needs and requirements of the customer. First models are developed which show cost-saving potential and streamlining of document processing.
• Conception:
  Deriving from current document processes, customer requirements and our analysis we develop a solution tailored exactly to our customer's needs and offering the highest saving potential.
• Installation:
  Following conception and customer approval of our approach, we design and install our systems with best-in-class products. Using state-of-the-art framework we integrate our hardware and software into the existing IT structure.
• Training:
  Our solutions are designed to allow our customers to concentrate on their field of expertise. We offer a comprehensive and application oriented tailored training program for operators and service personnel. Training is offered either in our modern training center or at the customer's site.
• Support:
  Preventive maintenance, service packages and service contracts guarantee a maximum in up-time. We offer online support and updates of application software including service to minimize down-times.
