Course Conditions

Course offers
Open Text Document Technologies will conduct the registered training in accordance with the description in the course program listings. Open Text Document Technologies reserves the right to make minor changes in the contents without prior notice.

Upon request we also offer special courses

• with alternative dates,
• for a special group of participants,
• with specific group-oriented contents,
• at your company location(s),
• conducted in English.

Cancellation
Open Text Document Technologies reserves the right to revoke fulfillment of the course contract due to non-attainment of the minimum number of participants or other reasons five calender days at the latest prior to commencement course.
Cancellation on the part of the customer is possible without cancellation fee if Open Text Document Technologies receives written notice 10 calender days at the latest prior to course begin. In the case of a cancellation received up to four days prior to course begin, we will charge a cancellation fee of 150 EUR per course day and participant in addition to any hotel cancellation fees due on our part. Later cancellations will entail cancellation fees of the complete course price in addition to any hotel cancellation fees due on our part. Should a participant leave the course before it is completed, the entire price of the course will be charged. Should a registered participant fail to appear at the course, without having cancelled his participation (see above) or without sending a substitute participant, the complete cost of the course will be charged. A substitute participant can take part in the course without further charge.

Hotel reservations 
If the customer registering for a course requires assistance when booking accommodation, the Training Center will gladly help to find accommodation for the customer under the customer's name and at customer's cost. Should a reservation not be possible, the customer will be informed immediately. The right to a reserved accommodation is not included in course registration.

Course documentation
Software made available for training purposes may neither be removed from the training rooms nor copied. Course documents or extracts thereof may neither be reproduced nor translated nor reprinted nor passed on to Third Parties.

Fees
The prices are considered to a participant per course day and contain the teaching materials and the use of the technical equipments of the Open Text Document Technologies - Training Center, courses with the customer contain teaching material only. Midday meal and break refreshments are included in the price of the course. We reserve the right to adjust the prices contained in the program information to conform to the valid pricelists. Travel and accommodation costs are to be covered by the participant.

Terms of payment
Course fees are due immediately with no reductions following completion of the course and receipt of invoice.

Security
The participant is obliged to adhere to the security regulations applicable at the training location.

Data protection
Participant and invoice recipient agree to the processing of their personal data to the degree and extent required to fulfill the course registration conditions.
